Hiring contractors and having them work on your site creates new and sometimes unique hazards. Contractors need to be trained in your facility's chemicals, evacuation procedures and rally points as well as incident and accident reporting procedures. Development of a Contractor Orientation DVD allows the host company to inform the contractor and its employees of their requirements and provides documentation through the acknowledgment form.
